Intellect IT is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the Service Desk. You will manage the Service Coordination queue in Autotask, ensure tickets are current and correctly categorized, and help technicians stay scheduled for success each day.
This is not a technical support role. You will monitor workloads, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure coverage during business hours while maintaining high-quality records and SLA adherence.
