The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Revit-focused technical professional to join the delivery team for a major healthcare project entering Design Development.
Expected to run for approximately two years, the project offers excellent continuity and the opportunity to work within one of the practice's largest multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with professionals across Brisbane and Sydney.
You'll focus on the project's technical delivery, developing and coordinating detailed architectural documentation across base build, façade, core and shell packages. You'll work closely with architects, consultants and the wider project team to resolve complex coordination issues and ensure documentation is practical, accurate and buildable. The role could suit a Senior Architectural Technician, experienced Revit Technician, Architectural Graduate or technically focused Architect.
About You




Advanced Revit and architectural documentation skills
Experience across Design Development and detailed documentation
Strong technical knowledge of base build, façade, core and shell packages
A practical understanding of how complex buildings are constructed
Experience coordinating with consultants
Strong construction detailing and technical problem-solving skills
Collaborative and comfortable contributing ideas
Healthcare experience would be valuable but isn't essential. Experience across aviation, rail, stadiums, laboratories, corrections, complex tertiary education or other major buildings will also be considered.
