We're seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to join a high-performing underground operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster .
This is a fantastic chance for a technically strong engineer to take ownership of mine planning, drill and blast design, ventilation management, and infrastructure projects while leading a capable engineering team.
You'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective mining outcomes within a well-supported operation.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Mining Engineering team Develop and execute mine designs, schedules and infrastructure plans Manage underground infrastructure projects from conception through to completion Monitor compliance to plan and implement short-term optimisation strategies Develop,



implement and monitor mine ventilation strategies Conduct ventilation surveys and communicate findings to key stakeholders Complete underground inspections and QA/QC activities Develop and communicate fortnightly mine plans aligned with quarterly objectives Support operational decision-making through technical expertise and planning inputs Assist with statutory and operational responsibilities as required About You To be successful, you'll bring: Degree qualification in Mining Engineering Underground hard rock mining experience Strong drill and blast design experience, including ring design and firing optimisation Demonstrated stope design and sequencing experience Proficiency with Deswik CAD, UGDB and Ventsim Strong planning, scheduling and production engineering experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills WA C Class Driver's Licence First Class Mine Manager's Certificate or active progress towards obtaining one Apply Now This is an outstanding opportunity for a capable underground mining engineer looking to step into a broader leadership role and influence the future performance of a successful mining operation.
