Experience in recruitment or corporate sales helps,

THE ROLE.
You'll work closely with an experienced Division Manager on one of our established desks, learning the craft properly from day one. You'll:
Build and grow your own candidate and client portfolio
Drive new business with urgency and purpose
Interview, assess, and shortlist talent with real precisionNegotiate offers and manage the process end-to‐end
Build a reputation in the market that's genuinely yours
Start mentoring others as you step into a senior role
