Key Responsibilities You will: Provide quality resident care in accordance with residents' preferences and care needs Administer and document consumer medications and prescribed treatments accurately Communicate effectively with staff, residents and family members Provide comprehensive, safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes Plan and evaluate nursing care in consultation with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and residents using effective interpersonal communication Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the clinical management system, ensuring data is accurate and complete Monitor, assess and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing Assist residents with behaviours of concern through participation in the development and implementation of individually tailored management plans Support care staff in delivering high-quality resident care Promote dignity, choice and independence for all residents Contribute to a positive,



respectful and inclusive care environment About You You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day.
