With three busy locations and a growing brand, we're looking for a leader who can bring consistency, energy and robust commercial thinking across our stores.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our retail food businesses, ensuring efficient store performance, excellent customer service, and compliance with operational and food safety standards.
The role will involve working at multiple locations; Westend, Chermside Dutton Park.
Responsibilities and duties: Manage daily retail operations across all three locations, maintain high standards of product quality, presentation and service.
Lead and supervise managers and staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency across all stores.
Manage stock levels,



inventory and ordering requirement across store locations.
Monitor and analyse sales and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Perform financial management tasks, including budgeting, cost control and reporting.
Build supplier relationships and assist with supplier negotiations.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to support sales growth.
Ensure company operational requirements and food safety, workplace health and safety.
To be successful, applicants must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management or supervisory role.
Personal Qualities and Skills: Excellent communication and Strong attention to detail .
Proficient in computer applications.
Ability to manage priorities across multiple store locations.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the food, hospitality or retail sector.
A salary of $80,000 - $87,000 + superannuation (subject to skills and experience) will be offered to the successful candidate.
