About the Opportunity We're looking for a curious, analytical and motivated Junior Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Archerfield .
This is a foundational role for someone looking to build a career in Product Management.
Rather than focusing on one dedicated portfolio, you'll work across ZEDER's brands, categories and markets, supporting experienced Product Managers and gaining broad exposure to the full product lifecycle.
You'll receive training and support to develop your product, technical and commercial knowledge, with a clear chance for strong performers to progress toward future Product Manager positions.
In this role, you'll: Support Product Managers across our brands and categories with reporting, data gathering and analysis.
Assist with new product creation – from researching opportunities through to system setup and launch readiness.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity across ZEDER's categories and regions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and pricing information across our business systems.
Work with our regional teams to gather market, pricing and product insights.
Support pricing,
product ranging and lifecycle activities alongside experienced Product Managers.
Build broad knowledge of ZEDER's products, brands, markets and systems as you develop towards the next step in your Product Management career.
About You You could be a perfect fit if you: Have a degree or diploma in business, commerce, marketing or a related field – or equivalent experience.
Have strong Excel and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
Have a curious and analytical mindset and enjoy researching products, markets and opportunities.
Communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
Take initiative, enjoy problem solving and are eager to learn.
Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and want to build a long-term career in Product Management.
Have previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket, automotive parts or another technical/product-based industry – highly regarded, but not essential.
Have experience with ERP or data systems such as NetSuite, Navision or similar – also highly regarded.
