This is a varied role for someone who enjoys keeping campaigns organised, working closely with agents and clients, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
THE ROLE Working closely with the sales leadership team, you will assist with the coordination of property campaigns from listing through to post-sale.
Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating property marketing campaigns from start to finish Booking and managing media, advertising and signboard requirements Preparing property information, sales submissions, reports and client updates Maintaining property listings and sales databases Preparing buyer mailing lists and campaign communications Coordinating brochures, e-brochures, newsletters and promotional material Liaising with photographers, printers, media providers and other external suppliers Preparing weekly campaign updates and sales meeting minutes Preparing marketing and sales invoices and following up payments Preparing pre-listing kits and coordinating their delivery Assisting with property inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections when required Responding to client and customer enquiries Assisting with pre and post-sale administration Providing general support to the sales team as required ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who:
