Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
They're a highly regarded luxury residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney.
Their portfolio includes: Bespoke luxury residential homes High-end new builds and custom-designed residences Architecturally designed homes with exceptional attention to detail Premium renovations and extensions High-spec interiors and bespoke finishes Complex builds requiring meticulous planning and coordination Projects across Sydney's sought-after residential locations End-to-end delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Preferred Requirements Quality experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites Experience on residential construction teams Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders Competency in reading plans, specifications,



and technical documentation Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction Supervisors license is advantageous Current First Aid and CPR certification White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
