Ongoing Temporary Assignment Brisbane CBD Inner Suburbs, QLD Accounts Officer Lawson Elliott is excited to be working alongside a well-recognised organisation who is looking for an immediately available Accounts Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract, with the scope for permanency afterwards.
This company work alongside large ASX-listed businesses and is currently going through considerable growth.
They are looking for someone who is passionate, well driven, has a keen attention to detail and has a willingness to develop and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: Assist with the processing of staff expenses Provide backup to AP and AR processing High-volume data entry for all accounts Credit card and bank account reconciliations Assist with payroll administration tasks including timesheets,



payroll tax and annual returns General administration tasks as give to you from the wider administration team Perform internal system clean-up tasks Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assist the wider finance function with other ad-hoc duties To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have: 2+ years of Accounting Administration experience in a similar role Strong communication skills Experience using softwares such as MYOB or Xero Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy If this prospect sounds like a role you'd excel in, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
