Support the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs.
Develop creative strategies, methodologies, and tools to enhance program implementation.
Set direction for defining components of change strategy, including organizational architecture and change journey.
Research and prepare communications materials to address key business issues.
Provide recommendations on effective approaches to business challenges.
Qualification HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Communications and Media.
A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
