Your New Role Through our Mobile Youth Service , you'll provide flexible, responsive support that meets young people exactly where they are.
You'll build genuine, trusting relationships and work collaboratively alongside, young people themselves, families, schools, Community services and other key partners.
Supporting young people with complex needs, your work will span the full continuum of care, including, Assessment, Goal setting, advocacy, referrals, coordination and ongoing case management.
Each week, you'll also play a vital role in our Drop-in Service - a protected, welcoming and inclusive space where young people can access, Practical support and information, engaging activities and connection to services.
This less formal setting gives you the chance to organically build relationships, spot where additional support could be beneficial, and show up for young people in a way that feels approachable and authentic.
About You You're someone who leads with empathy and thrives on building real connections.
You understand that working with young people experiencing complexity requires patience, creativity and a whole lot of heart.
You bring: A strong relationship-focused approach to your work Adaptability and confidence when navigating complex situations The ability to balance structured case management with a flexible, youth-friendly engagement style A genuine commitment to creating inclusive, safe spaces for young people Whether you're sitting across a desk or meeting a young person at their favourite hangout spot, you know how to show up in a way that builds trust and inspires change.
