To find out more about us visit: About the Role Based on-site between third-party packing and warehousing facilities around Canning Vale Markets, the Inventory Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, completing inbound and outbound quality inspections, and ensuring physical stock movements are accurately reflected within the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The role acts as the key operational link between the company and the third-party warehouse/packer, supporting stock accuracy, order fulfilment, quality control and day-to-day inventory movements.
The key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Conduct inbound quality control inspections on stock received into the facility and complete QC reports.
Conduct outbound QC inspections prior to customer dispatch and report any quality or specification issues.
Conduct retention and storage quality inspections as required Pack out stock on hand within the WMS following packing or repacking activities undertaken by the third-party facility.
Fulfil and process sales orders within the WMS, ensuring correct stock allocation and inventory movements.
Liaise with third-party warehouse and packing staff regarding stock movements, packing requirements, dispatches and inventory issues.
Escalate quality, stock accuracy, traceability or operational issues to the relevant Category/Supply Chain team.
About You We are looking for someone who has a passion for fresh produce and is seeking an opportunity to build their career in this exciting and fast-paced industry.
You will ideally have experience working within a fresh produce supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or similar environment, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Previous experience working in a fresh produce, warehouse, supply chain, logistics or similar environment preferred but not essential Good written communication and verbal skills Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Intermediate computer skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A reliable, proactive and positive approach to work.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with produce/perishables (desirable)
