Job Description As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert service and support while helping drive branch sales and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with customers, account managers and the branch team, you'll ensure enquiries are handled promptly, orders are processed accurately and customers receive the right products at the right time.
Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries Process customer orders, quotes, invoices and credits accurately Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service Assist customers with product enquiries and order updates Support branch sales activities and identify opportunities to add value Work closely with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes Assist with stock management, stock counts and replenishment activities Support general branch operations when required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll bring:



A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills Confidence speaking with customers over the phone Robust attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems A proactive attitude and willingness to learn A team-first approach and positive mindset Highly Regarded Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded: Internal Sales Customer Service Call Centre or Phone-Based Sales Parts Interpreting Automotive, Auto Electrical or Mechanical Industries Industrial or Trade Product Sales Additional Information Why Join JAS?
