Overview As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the SA Operations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders.
You will additionally be acting as a technical reference point Provide subject matter expert knowledge for internal technical training sessions as requested to ensure formal determinations are made in a timely manner; Assisting the claims teams in their achievement of KPIs Guiding, advising and assisting stakeholders who require specialist technical assistance; Providing claims strategy recommendations; Undertaking adverse decision quality reviews and endorsements; Appropriately escalating claims for formal investigation as required; Working closely with the internal stakeholders to produce a return to work or review of entitlements; Ensuring outcomes are effectively communicated and actioned within specified timeframes; Review and provide feedback about current claim management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed.
