Job Description As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include: Welcoming patients and creating a warm, qualified first impression Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule Answering phone enquiries and assisting patients with their questions Processing payments and handling general reception administration Keeping patient records and information accurate and up to date Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks when needed Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will: Have previous customer service or reception experience Be confident communicating with a wide range of people Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Be able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy Be reliable, positive and willing to learn Previous dental reception or administration experience is advantageous, but not essential , as full training will be provided.
