YOUR ROLE As the valued RIGHT HAND to personal injury lawyers , you will love playing a key role in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients injured in motor accidents, workplace injuries, slip/falls assisting with: attending to initial client enquiries, liaising with other solicitors/doctors/insurers, assessing claim viability, preparing correspondence/court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, general administration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE (senior candidates with 15+ yrs exp welcome) legal paralegal/secretarial/assistant experience in personal injury law in at least 1 or more of:
1) CTP
2) workers compensation/WID
3) total permanent disablement (TPD);
4) public liability.
are either a 'career' legal secretary/administrator OR a law student; have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ communication and interpersonal skills [essential]; are highly organized and can meet deadlines; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced, positive environment; are hungry to advance your career with a successful law firm long-term .
