Position details Location: Balcatta WA Employment type: Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Employment Responsibilities Strong level of experience in grounds maintenance, construction, and facilities estimating and tendering Assisting and working with the Senior Estimator (SE) in all aspects of estimating as directed Review contract documents,



drawings and specifications Maintain document control throughout the span of each tender in line with company procedures Producing accurate take-offs from various software applications including OST and CAD Compile and maintain the sub-contractor and supplier database Distribute RFQ's for tenders Accurately produce a variety of BOQ's for construction and grounds maintenance projects Creation of excel spreadsheets for submissions, where required Supporting the Business Co-ordinator in the submission of tenders and expressions of interest with the development of qualitative information, writing, preparation and formatting submissions Assisting the SE with project handover to department team, ongoing support and any clarification required in relation to the estimating during the project by the department Prior experience in grounds maintenance, estimating or scheduling an advantage.
Skills, experience and qualifications Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.
At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
Relevant experience may also be required.
Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.
