Building Construction Foreperson / Supervisor QLD Other Permanent / Full Time Work for a major Builder Developer who has been building for over 15 years Lead the Scaff drop Facade on a ongoing $150million Multi Res project Over $1billion in the pipeline | Move onto a new project to deliver structures Perks Work on a $150M+ multi-residential development on the Sunshine Coast Take ownership of the structures package through to façade and scaffold drop Secure pipeline of major projects across the Sunshine Coast Move directly onto another major project following completion Join a developer/builder with $1B+ of projects in its pipeline Opportunity to work across multiple stages of high-rise/multi-residential construction Be part of a business that manages the development and construction process in-house Genuine long-term career opportunity as the project pipeline continues to grow To be successful you must have the following: Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination Experience managing concrete, formwork,



reinforcement and structural trades Ideally, exposure to façade and scaffold drop Strong ability to programme and coordinate works on site Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills A strong focus on safety, quality and programme The ability to take ownership of your section of the project and drive delivery Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural works on a major multi-residential development, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
Initially you will lead the scaff drop and Facade on an ongoing project then you will transition onto another major development, providing consistent work and the opportunity to continue developing your experience across large-scale multi-residential construction.
