Depending on your interests,
there is scope to develop experience in areas including: Physical rehabilitation Mental health Vocational rehabilitation and return to work Functional assessments Assistive technology and equipment Home and workplace modifications Cognitive rehabilitation Injury and pain management Community participation and independence You Will: Complete occupational therapy assessments Support clients to improve independence and participation Develop individualised rehabilitation and support plans Learn about functional capacity and vocational rehabilitation Assist with equipment and assistive technology recommendations Support home, workplace and community-based interventions Work collaboratively with clients and the wider multidisciplinary team Develop your clinical reasoning, report writing and case management skills Participate in ongoing supervision, mentoring and professional development About You: We're looking for a new graduate Occupational Therapist who: Has recently graduated, or is graduating soon Is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes Is eager to learn and develop as an OT Is open to exploring different areas of adult Occupational Therapy Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team Has robust communication and interpersonal skills Holds, or is eligible for, AHPRA registration Start Your OT Career with the Right Support Your first OT role can shape the direction of your career.
