The position We are currently seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join our office located in Melbourne's CBD.
� This is a Permanent, fulltime position working in our Worker's Compensation team.
The main roles and responsibilities of the Injury Management Advisor position include but are not limited to: � Providing advice and/or assistance to claims staff to promote a cost effective, appropriate injury management and durable RTW outcomes centred on a customer focused workers compensation claims service.
� Advising employers, employer consultants and other stakeholders with updates regarding injury management strategies� � Providing customer service to injured workers, employers, employer consultants & other stakeholders � Ensuring all decisions are made in compliance with the Accident Compensation Act ****/ WIRC Act **** and other Legislative requirements � Providing Injury Management assistance/advice to claims teams About you Required: Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Prefer a background in a healthcare related field.
