Why you'll want this role Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 + super Uncapped monthly commission First-year OTE of approximately $120,000–$130,000 Comprehensive training, including scripts, theory and call shadowing Ongoing support and real-time coaching Clear progression into senior sales, leadership and BDM opportunities Monday-to-Friday hours, 8:30am–5:00pm Modern Sydney CBD office Supportive, energetic and performance-focused team Multiple positions available What will you be doing?
You'll speak with business owners across Australia,



ask questions to understand their needs and book qualified appointments for experienced Business Development Managers.
Your day will include: Making outbound calls to prospective business customers Building rapport and having genuine conversations Asking questions to understand each business Booking appointments for the wider sales team Keeping accurate notes in the CRM Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets Learning from regular coaching and feedback We're looking for people who are: Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone Positive, energetic and motivated Resilient when faced with rejection Open to coaching and eager to improve Driven by goals and earning potential Reliable and ready to work as part of a team This is a permanent, full-time role based in the office five days per week.
