About the role This Solution Architect role sits across sales, delivery, and client success, working with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Client teams.
You will design client solutions, lead technical implementation, and engage stakeholders including engineering leads and partners, ensuring successful integration and long-term client outcomes.
Duties/Key responsibilities Lead solution design and technical architecture for client implementations Work closely with clients and partners to deliver integration solutions Translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes Support product development through client feedback and roadmap input Provide technical guidance and support to ensure ongoing client success Skills and experience End-to-end software engineering or solution architecture experience Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and service design Background in Software Architecture (ideally AWS and Java)
