Maintenance Electrician – FMCG/FOOD Role: Maintenance Electrician Company: Leading FMCG business with a fantastic culture reputation Rate: $***** an hour + 15% shift loading Roster: Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 10:30pm OVERTIME AVAILIABLE We are currently seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday afternoon shift within a busy and highly automated production environment.
FMCG or food manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
The Role Working as part of an experienced maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment running safely, reliably and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and preventative electrical maintenance Attending to electrical breakdowns and fault finding Troubleshooting production and automated machinery Diagnosing faults across electrical control systems Working with motors, sensors, PLCs, VSDs and control systems Carrying out electrical repairs,



modifications and installations Assisting with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects Maintaining a solid focus on safety and electrical compliance About You We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Electrician who has: A recognised Electrical trade qualification Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience working with automated production equipment Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors and VSDs The ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive approach to preventative maintenance FMCG or food manufacturing experience – highly desirable What's on Offer?
