About us Limestone Coast Brewing in Malaga is a small‐batch craft brewery known for its cozy atmosphere, locally sourced ingredients and one‐of‐a‐kind brews.
Every batch is handcrafted with care, and our taproom has become a welcoming spot for locals who appreciate quality, creativity and community.
We're now looking for a confident, hands‐on Duty Manager to support daily venue operations — someone with strong hospitality experience, natural leadership potential and a genuine desire to grow into a future Assistant Venue Manager role.
About the Role As our Duty Manager, you'll be the key point of contact during service, overseeing the floor, supporting staff and ensuring every guest receives a consistently high‐quality experience.
You'll maintain smooth operations across each shift, uphold venue standards and contribute to a positive, well‐run environment.
Requirements Your role will include: Leading day‐to‐day operations and maintaining a high standard of service whilst managing front-of-house Delivering warm, consistent customer service, contributing towards building a strong, loyal customer base Supporting rostering of bar staff, training and onboarding of new staff Opening and closing operations of the venue Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment whilst adhering to compliance safety standards Maintaining compliance in accordance with RSA standards and licensing laws Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues or complaints with professionalism Supporting the execution of events, tastings and brewery activations Contributing to a positive,
collaborative team culture Venue administration Maintaining ongoing supplier relationships What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings both experience and ambition — a hospitality professional ready for the next step.
You'll ideally have: 3+ years of hospitality experience in a bar, brewery or similar venue Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making Robust customer service skills and a calm, confident presence Natural leadership qualities and the ability to support a small team A proactive, hands‐on approach to problem‐solving Reliability, professionalism and pride in your work Flexibility and variety of availability, including evenings and weekends A genuine interest in craft beer and local producers The desire to learn, grow and eventually step into an Assistant Venue Manager role What you'll need: RSA Certificate: SITHFAB021 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol DLGSC Approved Manager Card (Or willing to obtain) Benefits Why Join Us?
