As a Customer Service Attendant at Pittwater RSL, you'll be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, using your prior expertise to build and maintain relationships alongside high service standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service Bar, gaming,



and front-of-house operations Ensuring the Club is always presented in a clean and safe manner Assisting patrons across all areas Coffee making Beverage mixing and cocktail making High-level cash handling Keno TAB operations Till operation and daily balancing Willingness to assist in all areas of the Club as required Requirements: Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays (we'll accommodate rosters where we can, provided adequate notice is given) NSW RSA RCG Competency Card essential Advanced RCG desired The role requires the successful applicant to act as a role model and ambassador for the Club at all times.

Remuneration is in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award ****, including penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday work.
