This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in achieving their personal best while helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide classroom,



small-group, and one-on-one support to students, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve meaningful educational outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing Support student learning in classroom, small group, and individual settings.
Work collaboratively with teachers to enhance student engagement and achievement.
Foster a positive learning workplace and encourage a growth mindset.
Monitor, model, and support social and emotional learning.
Assist in the development and implementation of positive behaviour support plans.
Maintain accurate student records in line with TSA procedures and legislative requirements.
Support NCCD data collection and documentation.
Participate in professional development, training, and regular supervision.
Undertake additional duties as required by the school leadership team.
