Reporting to the Director, Housing Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership across program delivery, governance, procurement, stakeholder engagement and commercial decision-making.
This high-profile executive role offers the opportunity to shape creative housing solutions, influence policy and investment decisions, and deliver meaningful outcomes for South Australians seeking affordable pathways to home ownership.
Working closely with government, industry and community stakeholders, you will lead complex development programs, oversee multidisciplinary teams and build strong partnerships to accelerate housing supply outcomes across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
You will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, financial performance,



risk management and delivery outcomes while navigating complex and evolving policy and market environments.
We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically focused leader with extensive experience in property development, housing delivery, urban renewal, construction or major project environments.
You will bring exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver complex programs, influence outcomes and drive innovation in settings where established precedents may be limited.
