We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major enterprise-wide digital transformation program.

About the Role This is a 24-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Group Chief Technology Officer.
As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of Phase 1 of our Digital Transformation Program, ensuring project outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, quality and timeframes.
Working closely with implementation partners, business leaders and project stakeholders, you'll drive governance, risk management, organisational readiness and change activities while ensuring the successful implementation of new enterprise platforms and business processes.
This is a highly visible role that will have a significant impact on the future capability and efficiency of Home in Place.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale digital transformation program.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
Manage implementation partners, vendors and external consultants to achieve agreed outcomes.
Establish effective project governance, reporting and project controls.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Facilitate steering committees, working groups and stakeholder forums.
Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational change activities.
Coordinate testing, training, business readiness and deployment activities.
Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and service expectations.
Track project milestones, business outcomes and benefits realisation.
Support the successful transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
You Will Bring Extensive experience leading complex, organisation-wide digital transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology implementations involving multiple business units and external vendors.
Strong project governance, risk management, budgeting and reporting expertise.
Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies and change control processes.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Strong vendor, contract and commercial management experience.
Experience managing organisational change, business readiness and adoption activities.
The ability to identify and resolve project issues while maintaining momentum and stakeholder confidence.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.
Experience within community housing, not-for-profit, regulated or multi-entity environments will be advantageous.
Current unrestricted Driver Licence.
