You will play a key technical and client-facing role in delivering highly complex, iconic, and landmark tall buildings that shape the skyline.
This role balances technical mastery with high-level skilled growth.
While working on high-profile skyscrapers, you will receive direct, strategic mentoring from hands-on Leaders who remain deeply invested in their employees.

Minimum Requirements: At least 6 + years of industry experience , with a preference for strong track record working on local Sydney high-rise and landmark tall building projects.
Advanced technical expertise in the lateral and gravity design of tall buildings, with high proficiency in ETABS and RAM Concept .
Strong client-facing capabilities , with the confidence to manage stakeholder relationships, lead project meetings,



and collaborate closely with architects and builders.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with Chartered status (CPEng / NER) highly regarded or well advanced.
Confident, articulate, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
