Job details : The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams to deliver business value by applying Agile principles, removing impediments, facilitating collaboration, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the section which maintains multiple ICT projects.
Candidates must hold NV1 security clearance.

Key duties and responsibilities: Agile Delivery facilitation includes Sprint Planning Daily Standup, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.




Coach team members, Product Owens and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Support the development of high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
Proactively remove impediments impacting delivery.
Escalate issues through appropriate governance channels when required.
Prepare reports for governance forums and steering committees.
Track and communicate Agile metrics including: Velocity, Sprint predictability, Burn down/Burn up charts and delivery progress.
