Job description Full Job Description We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to support a soft services sector for.
You will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding, performance management, recruitment and leading a team.
The Role Report to the General Manager on HR activity and KPI reports.
Coordinate a small team of HR admin and consultants.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and mobilisation.
Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Oversee HR data management and maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide guidance on policies and HR legislation.
Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
Assist in performance management.

Degree or Diploma in HR Minimum 2 years HR Officer or HR Consultant Experience in large complex organisation with ****+ employees Minimum 4 years of working within Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
