Baptistcare's Financial Services team in Camberwell is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who takes pride in clean ledgers, enjoys a good team, and wants their work to genuinely count for something beyond the bottom line.
What You'll Be Doing Owning end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, receipting, and account reconciliations Following up on outstanding debts with professionalism and care,
particularly with clients in sensitive circumstances Contributing to month-end close activities and supporting accurate financial reporting Working closely with internal teams to resolve billing queries and sharpen AR processes What You'll Bring Solid hands-on experience in an accounts receivable or finance administration role Confidence across AR principles, reconciliations, and debtor management Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software (familiarity with aged care or community services billing is a real bonus at Baptistcare) Sharp attention to detail and a knack for juggling priorities without losing your cool A warm, clear communication style when navigating sensitive account matters Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent practical experience Aged care background highly regarded How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
