About the Role As part of the Churchill Island Farm team,
you'll help bring the island's rich farming heritage to life through a unique blend of hands-on farm work and visitor engagement.
From caring for animals and supporting daily farm operations to delivering interactive demonstrations and sharing authentic stories, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for visitors.
Set against stunning coastal landscapes, this is an chance to be part of a passionate, close-knit team dedicated to connecting people with the history, heritage and working life of Churchill Island Farm.
About you You take pride in creating memorable moments for visitors and love all things history, animals and being outdoors.
You are hands-on, approachable and a team player who is always willing to lend a hand where needed.
An interest in farming and/or tourism is essential, but above all, you bring enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine love for engaging with the public in a truly unique and beautiful setting.
Bonus points if you know your way around a farm, can shear a sheep, crack a whip or milk a cow!

Applications close on Sunday 4th October, **** Job Requirement For further details about the role, including key duties and responsibilities, please refer to the Position Description - Visitor Experience - Farm and Grounds Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service and engaging visitor experiences, ideally within a tourism setting.
Ability to assist with delivering tours, demonstrations, events, and interactive activities.
Proven experience in providing clear and accurate service, information, and guidance to a diverse range of visitors, including non-English speaking visitors.
Experience in system use, point of sales and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflict, multi-task and prioritise in a diverse environment Practical experience or willingness to work with livestock and farm animals, including basic husbandry tasks and ensuring their welfare.
