The Role We are seeking Chefs across multiple sections and levels to join a well-structured, professional brigade: Teppanyaki Chefs (guest-facing, performance-based cooking) Sushi / Sashimi Chefs (precision, knife skills, presentation) Hot Kitchen Chefs (traditional Japanese + modern service) This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, premium environment where consistency, technique, and teamwork are critical.
You will work across a structured section within a high-end Japanese kitchen, preparing and executing dishes with a solid focus on detail and presentation while delivering consistent service in a fast-paced environment.
In Teppanyaki roles, you will engage directly with guests, providing a polished and interactive dining experience.




You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times, while supporting junior chefs and contributing to the overall performance of the kitchen team.
