Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service and People Culture Administration Officer to join its aged-care centre.
This temporary role offers 30 hours across four days per week, split between reception, People Culture administration, and volunteer coordination.
It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety and working with people.
What you'll be doing: Welcoming residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and contractors Managing reception and front-desk activities Providing general administrative support Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding Maintaining employee records, HR registers, and personnel files Coordinating volunteer schedules, onboarding, and administration Supporting People Culture projects and departmental activities Handling employee information accurately and confidentially What you'll need: Previous reception, customer service,
