About the role Support the seamless delivery of the Doctor of Medicine program by providing high-quality curriculum and timetabling administration, coordinating teaching activities, and partnering with academic and qualified staff, Heads of Domains and Disciplines, and key lecturers to ensure an exceptional student learning experience.




Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for curriculum delivery and School operations.
Coordinate timetables, resolve clashes and schedule guest lecturers.
Manage PBL and Clinical Debrief student allocations.
Triage enquiries and coordinate workflow through the CSO inbox.
Provide advice on University policies, procedures and processes.
Prepare attendance, trend and performance reports.
Support curriculum management and mapping systems.
Contribute to curriculum governance and committee activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across campuses and departments.
Maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications, skills experience A Degree qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in tertiary or other education sectors.
Demonstrated discretion, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems, including finance, procurement, staffing and student platforms.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and resources effectively.
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply policies and procedures effectively.
