Long-term Federal Government contract based in Brisbane Lead major maintenance infrastructure rectification projects Manage procurement, contracts, stakeholders project delivery An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure rectification program across Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia .
You will provide client-side project management across investigation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out activities.
The successful Project Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended , based in Brisbane, QLD .
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage complex maintenance and construction projects from planning to completion.
Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, risks and project controls.
Lead procurement, tendering, contract establishment and contractor management.
Coordinate stakeholders,
site activities, assurance, commissioning and handover.
The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following: Client-side project and contract management across major infrastructure projects.
Managing multiple construction, maintenance and/or engineering contracts.
Government procurement, tendering and contract management processes.
Stakeholder engagement, risk, safety and environmental management.
