The Parts Administrator is responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to Mobile Cranes Parts Department and its Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Parts Manager – WA, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and distributing parts enquiries
Raising purchase orders, invoices, claims and quotations
Ordering stock from suppliers, including our factory in Germany
Coding and allocating costs and invoices
Providing customer service and responding to spare parts enquiries
Maintaining accurate records, databases and reports
Supporting other administration areas as required
Assisting in training and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiencies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data and information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
A proactive approach to problem‐solving and continuous improvement
