The Role
Oversee a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the South East suburbs
Lead and support a team of approximately *****
Drive service levels,



systems, processes & compliance
Mentor and develop Residential & Commercial teams
Oversee workloads, resourcing and leave cover
Support recruitment, staffing and team structure
Troubleshoot complex and escalated matters
Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the senior leadership team
No portfolio management
About You
Previous HOD / Team Leader experience essential
Strong Residential knowledge, Commercial is highly desirable
Experience leading a large team
Current Real Estate Registration
Strong systems and operational knowledge
Switched-on, proactive and solutions focused
A collaborative leader who knows how to get the best from their people
