Senior Hairdresser/Senior Hairstylist role at Trove Salon, a premium salon based in Stafford Heights. We are looking for an experienced, qualified hairdresser to join our team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves their craft, takes pride in creating beautiful and experiences for their clients as well as wanting to continue developing their career- without the ego, the pressure and outdated salon culture.
Our work is heavily focused on
beautiful colour, blondes, dimensional and lived in colour, tailored cutting and extensions. We focus on educating the client to have the best experience beyond the chair.

THE ROLE
You will work independently with your clients whilst being part of a close, supportive team. we value high standards and consistency. This transfers to an organised and supportive salon with no guessing.

You will be responsible for:
Delivering beautiful, high-quality hairdressing services.
Creating an elevated, warm and personal client experience.
Building strong relationships and client retention.
Working towards clear and achievable KPIS.
Contributing to a positive and cooperative salon environment.
Continuing to develop your skills through training and education.
Supporting your fellow team members with their wins and growths.
