# HVAC ESTIMATORfull time • RemoteJP*******R## Position OverviewAs an HVAC Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for complex commercial mechanical projects. You'll work closely with our design, project management, and construction teams to deliver innovative HVAC solutions for some of Australia's most technically challenging environments.## Key Responsibilities* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for mechanical HVAC projects* Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and requirements* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing* Participate in tender reviews, handovers, and value engineering workshops* Support the estimating team with technical advice and commercial insights* Maintain accurate records and databases of pricing, materials, and labour costs## Must Have Skills* Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC estimating* Proven track record working on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects* Experience across multiple sectors including hospitals, fit outs, retail, and industrial facilities* Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment,
