Chit Chat Studios is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to work directly with our founders across strategy, execution, creative direction and agency operations. This is a social-first marketing role within a creative agency specialising in organic brand management, content and paid media.
It's a high-autonomy position for someone who understands both marketing and momentum. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage campaigns, lead creative thinking, roll-out content, and improve internal workflows and help keep a growing agency operating at a high standard.
You'll oversee marketing activity across a portfolio of brands, managing strategy, content direction, paid media, reporting and campaign rollouts while supporting a small creative team.
We're looking for someone commercially minded, creatively sharp and highly organised, a marketing gun who can move quickly, think independently and genuinely cares about producing quality work.
What You'll Do
Lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, spanning strategy, content creation, social media management and integrated campaigns
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms
Develop creative direction, content pillars and campaign ideas
Write transparent briefs and oversee rollouts across organic social, paid media and content channels
Support two Social Media Managers alongside the founders
Improve internal workflows, systems and creative processes
Coordinate freelancers, creators and external talent where required
Identify influencer, partnership and collaboration opportunities
Assist with reporting, conversion optimisation and campaign analysis




Support shoots and larger campaign rollouts
Ensure all outgoing work is on-brand, commercially effective and delivered to a high standard
You'll Likely Have
3+ years' experience in marketing, growth, digital or performance marketing
Agency or in-house experience managing multiple brands and campaigns
Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising
Some experience with Google Ads and Pinterest is advantageous
A strong understanding of content strategy and social platforms
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Experience mentoring or managing team members
Strong written communication and briefing skills
Commercial awareness and confidence working autonomously
A natural eye for branding, content and creative direction
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
Bonus Points For
Graphic design, editing or creative production skills
FMCG, content led brand or creator experience
Experience working in a fast-moving agency environment
This is a hybrid role based in Brisbane.

The role is currently largely remote/WFH, with flexibility built into the position. We may move into an office space in the future, so we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with the business long-term.
