Manage the commercial management of large and complex defence programs under one or multiple business lines
Manage day-to-day commercial activities for large, complex Federal Government programs
Provide expert commercial and contractual advice across prime contracts and subcontracts
Develop and maintain contracting positions aligned with contract terms
Create and implement contracting strategies to mitigate risk, improve cash flow and enhance program profitability
Identify and resolve commercial and contractual issues
Lead or support negotiations and proposal development for new scope or contract changes
Contribute to broader commercial and procurement initiatives within the organisation
Requirements
Experience leading and managing commercial aspects of large Government contracts
Experience establishing, managing and implementing contract changes within multidisciplinary environments
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse and complex stakeholders
Solid written and verbal communication skills across commercial activities
Australian Citizen
Current Baseline security clearance
Willingness and ability to uplift to a TSPV security clearance
May need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements
Dual nationality, permanent residency or former nationality of certain countries may be subject to ITAR limitations
