Youth Projects is looking for an experienced, innovative and influential senior employment services leader to strengthen service excellence across our Employment & Training services operating within the Transition to Work service model.
Based at Youth Projects HQ in Glenroy and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will work closely with senior leaders, operational managers and specialist teams across the organisation to strengthen participant experience, frontline practice, contractual performance and service consistency.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has led complex programs, regions or multi-site operations and is ready to step away from the day-to-day management of managers. Instead, you'll apply that experience across our Employment & Training services, working with senior and operational leaders to strengthen frontline practice, improve the participant journey and turn recurring operational challenges into meaningful service-wide improvements.
You'll combine strategic oversight with a robust connection to what is happening on the ground.
