About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bulimba.
You'll work alongside experienced recruiters and high achievers,



managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong, long‐term relationships with clients and candidates across Public Practice and Commercial Accounting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their desk. We're looking for someone who can work autonomously, show initiative, stay proactive and demonstrate strong attention to detail without needing constant direction.
You'll have access to an established and active client base, so rather than starting completely from scratch, your focus will be on relationship management, candidate engagement, delivery and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
We're a performance-driven but supportive team, and you'll be surrounded by experienced recruiters who genuinely enjoy what they do. If you're ambitious, organised, commercially minded and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients (hundreds of active clients already on hand)
Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent through SEEK, LinkedIn, job ads, and proactive outreach
Conducting interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Supporting business development through relationship-building and market mapping
Collaborating with a close-knit, supportive team that has your back
What We're Looking For
Min 2 years' experience in agency recruitment (Finance Accounting Preferred)
Confident communication and strong emotional intelligence
Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
