Coles is seeking a Commercial Transformation lead to own Merchandise data management and governance across the Business Units in a greenfield setup. You will partner with key stakeholders to implement a current data governance operating model.
You'll develop, implement and maintain the Product Data Management & Governance framework, prioritise initiatives, lead the Data Readiness Working Group, mentor a small team of three, and report to the Head of Commercial Transformation.
