Mörk Bakery in Melbourne seeks an experienced Head Baker to lead and shape our craft. You'll stay hands-on while directing an established team, setting the technical standard for dough development, fermentation and enriched doughs.
You'll mentor bakers, refine production planning and workflows, solve production challenges and drive continuous improvement as we expand into a recent CBD bakery, building culture and excellence across both cafés and wholesale partners.
