About Us
Open 7 days a week: Mon - Sun 5am - 4pm
We're a licensed venue, so NSW RSA and alcohol handling knowledge are required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Ideal candidates will excel in rostering and managing a team of 7-12 staff each day.
The role is to oversee more of mid morning to afternoon operations.
Inventory and stock control.
Solid focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring top-tier service for every guest
Energetic, motivated,



and passionate about hospitality and customer service in a fast paced and busy environment.
Strong leadership that leads by example
Strong people and team management with ability to motivate, support and lead the team
Friendly, approachable and respectful
Builds a positive and strong team culture
Handles issues calmly and professionally
Organised, reliable and hands-on
