EVT is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, skilled guest service at our Newcastle area hotel. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle check-in/check-out, cashiering and daily transactions, and respond to requests with efficiency and care.
Collaborating with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other teams, you'll ensure rooms and guest expectations are met, while upholding WHS standards and hotel policies.
